NEVER rent a property from this company.
We had heard from multiple prior tenants and they will do anything in their way not to return your security deposit (2-months rents) at the end of your lease and just found this out ourselves when we moved.
Very poor maintenance staff and rudest owner in town.
Stay away!!!
