Kevin Carter from Carter oil acted very stupid and has not apologized as of yet. Not knowing his side of the story should not even matter. What he did was yell at a lady that brushed snow off her vehicle into the street in front of his office in Pascoag. He actually took the time to exit his truck and swiftly move toward the woman waving his hands in erratic manner and yelling about her brushing a small chunk of snow onto the street. It is disturbing a grown man would yell at a female regardless of his side of the story. Kevin owes this lady an apology and maybe his company should show support for battered women in the near future. Kevin step up for what you did and do not try any lame excuse for yelling at a female, I think you have females close to you and would expect others to respect your family.
