I specailize in residential projects: new homes, additions, kitchens, and baths. Also historic renovations. I do renderings in color or b&w. I can help you with your home renovation project, from initial planning to punch list. I will create design drawings and models for you so you can conceptualize your project. I will create a construction documents package for you which tells the builder how to build the project. I will help you select products and finishes, and help you save money by suggesting "green" practices and products. I will help you and your builder work together., until the job is completed!
