I must say with great satisfaction as my witness my mother will perceive also, your gefelte fish is a most delicious dish i have ever tasted in my life,I did not prepare it as the recipe suggested on the package ,but the way my mother would prepare fish for us when we were children. i was introduced to this product by a kosher food inspector at a wegmans store in collegeville pa. when i asked him what language he was speaking because his dialect was exactly the same as my mothers he asked me if my mother was jewish alls i knew is that my mothers faimly rented there home from a jewish faimly named Katz during the occupation of Europe by the nazis, the stories my mother would tell me were horrifiing , her father was from holland his name was maneke, her mother was somewhere near holland her name was knupel,this inspecter i gave him my name and number but he did not call me back, or he did, and the message was errased.anyhow i am going to share this with my mother who is 84 now and see her reaction i am not allowed in wegmans anymore but i need to know where else can i buy this ungers gefelte fish?
