Don't do any business with them!!!! This company took over my land account that I've been paying on for 14 years and I've paid off the account, in January of this year, or so I thought. I sent the final payment with the final payment coupon, and as of today, March 14, 2012 I received a past due notice. On the notice was a 888 phone number, which I called...it has been disconnected, so I went to their website and it's under construction. I've tried to contact someone, anyone regarding a few issues along the way and now to find out when I would be receiving the deed and I can't get anywhere....and now I'm past due!!! I've sent several emails to Dana Myer and nothing. I've also sent emails to an Ed Huffnaker, no response from him either. Those of you who have dealt with this company know these names I'm sure! There is no way to talk to a real person. Today, I called the county land and tax office where my property is and in a nutshell was advised to get an attorney...based on the experience the county has had with Quanta Financial, aka, Quanta Portfolio and Dana Myer...I'm doing just that. Thieves should not be able to take your money for years just because they have a company name, which I'm asking myself... is there or was there every a legitimate company? And how is it they get to walk away without accountability? I just want them to get back to me and resolve this issue...how unprofessional to ignore a customer!
