Called Appliance Mart seeking a used refrigerator. A lady answered the phone. I made my inquiries with measurements needed. I was placed on hold: Understandable. However, I was absolutely appauled when the lady so rudely abruptly told me she had to get off the phone because she had other people waiting. What, I as a customer am less important? In my thoughts, If there is no customer service at an initial contact towards a consumer, then I would most likely guarantee there is no customer service when in the store and thereafter e.g., maintenance, warranties, etc.. I would think twice before considering purchases at the Appliance Mart.
