We are a certified MBE/DBE(minority/disadvantaged business) in MD,VA and DE[DBE] and we are DBE certified with WMATA and the DC DOT;Apex is also certified in Baltimore[MBE] and with the MWAA[DBE/DBE].Apex supplies fuel both as a supplier/sub contractor helping with MBE/DBE goals and as a Small Disadvantaged Business[SBA] doing direct contracts for govt.departments.
