I had latchford roofing give me a quote for roofing which was very reasonable and after much thought hired them. To my surprise they were there on time, very clean and efficient. They left no mess and best of all no leaks after all this rain we just had. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in roofing repair or a new roof. We are very pleased with the work performed by Mr. Latchford and his company related to the repair of our roof. My wife and I were impressed with the depth of his knowledge, his professionalism, and his thoroughness in evaluating and proposing a solution to the multiple leaks we were experiencing in our 20 year old house. Mr. Latchford was one of three proposals/bids that we received. He was chosen despite being more expensive than the other two. It was apparent to us that his bid was higher because of the thoroughness of his assessment of the problem and the quality and thoroughness of the proposed repairs. In addition, he gives a guarantee on his work that is significantly better than anyone else to whom we spoke. The thunderstorms and heavy rains that we experienced provided the evidence we needed that the repairs performed on our roof worked. No more leaks!!! Mr. Latchford was very well organized, very thorough, very professional and highly competent. He completely fulfilled his commitments and kept his promises. Our interactions with Mr. Latchford inspired trust and trust in those with whom we choose to do business is extremely important to us.
