D & D is very unprofessional. You acquire about a service, they will tell you what you need in order to complete the class. You complete and pay for the services. And it will not be the one that DCJS required you to take. Prior to me register for a service I explained what i have/need. They assured me on the class to take which was wrong according to DCJS. I reached back out to D&D security explain my issue. They told me it was nothing they can do about refunding me my money or compensating me on completed services. They yelled and was disrespectful and hung up on me. D&D is not a place to go for services needed.
