Would give zero if I could. Hired to do treatment of stoned yard for weeds for the season. Took some patience to get him to come out for initial treatment. Then never came again despite several calls. Have baby trees sprouted and grass sprouts. I got him (Jim Stevenson) to return my call only one time. He said his truck had been broken for a few weeks. I sympathized and decided to be patient....a few weeks later I called again, several times, but never heard from him again. If you don't want the job, don't take the job. If you can't fulfill your responsibilities, refund your customer.
