Princeton Homebrew sells Homebrew Equipment and Supplies On April 1, 1995 I started Small Change Homebrew Depot on 82 Nassau St in Princeton, NJ. It was two weeks after Triumph Brewing Company of Princeton opened and it was the beginning of having good beer in Central New Jersey. The store was quite popular as there were not many around back then. I remember many people coming in and fondly remembering that one of the relatives made their homemade beer or wine. Yes, even some came in and questioned if it was legal? I started the homebrew club PALE ALES and the elected officers of the club took it from there and they are still around! I quickly had to change the name of the store to Princeton Homebrew as few got the Tom Waits Album Title Song and a store should have the name and location for easy reference.
