I would not recommend this place, in fact I would very far from recommend it. I went in today to discuss a rise in my auto insurance rate, and was belittled, insulted and treated very meanly and disrespectfully by the secretary at the counter and my "personal insurance agent". It did not appear that they cared about my business and they seemed to have thought themselves on some higher level of society and intelligence than the rest of us. I would recommend ANY other insurance company, this would have to be the absolute worst, most deplorable experience I have ever had with auto insurance in my life. On a rating of one to ten, there are not enough numbers below zero to rightfully describe my disgust.
