Took our car there to have an alternator belt checked that they replaced earlier. Was told it was another part that we never had trouble with. We questioned the repair since it was winter and we had not used the a/c but was told we needed a new compressor. That it was that and not the part that had been replaced. Went ahead with the repair at just under $700. Still have the original squeal and now a second ear piercing squeal when the a/c is turned on. Tried to talk with Jack Wheeler about our experience and concern over the problem. He would not allow me to speak He talked over me, cussed at me and hung up on me. I wasn't angry or demanding just trying to share our experience and get resolution. My daughter called him more than once and received the same treatment. We got a male family member to call and he was hung up on. After many years of good service and loyalty they have lost our business. You'd think a businessman would listen to his customers and in the spirit of good customer service fix the problem. Two other mechanics told us we were ripped off. We tried to talk with the two mechanics who worked on the car Kerry and Chris but we were lied to. They couldn't explain the repair and contradicted themselves. Do not use this business there's no honesty or integrity left. Since they're not listening talking or fixing our problem maybe they'll pay attention to this posting
