Concerning strickly the Westville New Jersey branch I wanted to share a few things both positive and unfortunately negative if you're calling this supply house and being told that it was a one-stop-shop I reviewed the job I was conducting and called the next day to ask if the size equipment I need would be available the morning after that day I went into the supply house to place my order unfortunately I found during that time that it was not nearly a one-stop-shop and basically half the stuff I wanted was not available and some of those things could not even be gotten I placed the order with a representative named Rob at the counter and found that he was a very nice guy we went over all the details of where I need the equipment delivered to and everything else and upon departing I paid for the order in cash 3600$. The next day someone called a company not associated with my own customers and asked where they want the equipment delivered basically failed to read over the details or ask around about anything I have no idea how such foolish stupidity could take place I quickly called over there pretty upset and asked for Rob who did get on the phone with me and apologize and say everything's all good upon reviewing the order that was delivered I found several mistakes I asked for 10 inch flex and I got 8 inch the auxiliary pan had no PVC adapter attached to it the disconnect in fuse sizes were wrong the line set length was wrong in adapter collar was missing .
