Very unhappy with my experience on a recent purchase. I bought a Broadway Glider Recliner in January and waited until April for delivery. After a few weeks I detected a problem while reclining. A repair service found a defective mechanism in the lower leg section. An replacement part was ordered in May, and it is now Mid July and still waiting for this part. When I called the store I purchased it at, I was told it would take 22 weeks for delivery. This recliner was very expensive, and i am having 2nd thoughts on my decision on buying this.
