Hi I Live Here For 2 Yrs And They Promise A Title in 1 Yr This is Going To Be 3Yrs And I Dont See Any Action Every Time I Ask They Say We Working on it But With Out Asking They Raise The Property Rent , There is A Drug Problem in This Community And To Many I legal People With Licence Plate From Other State And They Dont Do Any Think About This Matter,Now This is Mexico City To Many in A Home Movil,They Only Want The Money From The Spanish People Congrats .

BEWARE!!!! IF THEY OFFER YOU A FREE HOME AND PROMISE A TITLE WITHIN A YEAR. THEY DON'T GIVE YOU A TITLE. THEY DID THIS TO ME AND A FRIEND. I GOT A FAKE TITLE FOR A 1962 MOBILE HOME VIN NUMBERS DON'T MATCH ANY LAYER WANT THIS CASE PLEASE CONTACT ME. I BEEN HERE 2 YEARS NOW. THE LEASE IS A JOKE IF YOUR NOT THE MANAGERS FRIEND YOU WILL BE KICKED OUT. THEY MAKE THEIR OWN RULES AS THEY GO AND CHARGE YOU FOR LATE RENT WHEN YOUR PAID IN FULL. THIS HAPPENED TO SOMEONE ELSE. THEY WONT TELL YOU HOW MUCH YOU PAY PER GAL OF WATER. BEWARE OF THIS PARK THERE ARE BETTER ONES OUT THERE!!!!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR...find another place to live...High crime, and the manager picks and chooses who they want to harass. Those that pay the rent and don't make trouble get picked on for stupid stuff. The park is a slum. Oh yeah they talk a good talk and things may look good when they show you...but don't go out after dark. Take it from someone who use to live there. And if you still live there....get out when you can. They don't enforce everything to everyone....the company discriminates against all but the illegals. If your looking for a place to hide cause you are an illegal...then Crescent Mobile Home Park LLC is the place for you!!!
