Great place to learn Karate and self defense. Very reasonable rates for group and private lessons. Online private lessons are available. I have been taking online classes for two years. I take group lessons when I visit Rhode Island. The class size is small enough that I get individual instruction and the benefit of workout partners. Instructor Chris Brown is patient and has a gift for teaching karate. I plan to continue to study at Coastal Self Defense even after earning my black belt
