Illinois Tranz is by far the worst container yard in the city. From the time I get in line to check in to the time I leave is a minimum two hours. It takes 20 minutes to inspect each unit as it comes in, then the inspector takes a lengthy break. If you have to get a chassis then chances are that there is a box already on it and you have to get it dismounted. I don't really understand why I have to do your spotting work for you, but that's the way it is. Getting a refrigerated unit is also bad. All of the units claim to be pre-tripped and ready. However 95% of the time I have to get the reefer washed out, or get some other repair.
