This person Kevin Burke is working under his deciesed bosses license. He does not report his income and is shady. He shows up to jobs intoxicated and has his helpers keep him in line. If anyone has any sense call the labor board before him or allow him to come to an estimate and you will smell the alcohol eminating through his pores. I find this horribly wrong and discusting for someone to use a dead mans credentials for their own selfish benefit.
