Our strategy is very simple. We buy undervalued single family properties or apartment complexes in growth oriented, emerging markets. While owning these properties, we renovate or rehab them as needed. Then the property is sold. Single family homes generally within 12-15 months Apartment complexes generally within 4-5 years Each investment strategy has different payout methods to the investor.
