In June 2013 my wife and I were traveling route 20A on the first stage of an extended trip. Just outside of Varysburg the brakes went out on our 2009 minivan - I had them checked back in Michigan prior to the trip. A local resident recommended we contact Mr. Uzarowski. Even though he had other vehicles in his service bays, he was sympathetic to our plight. In less than 90 minutes he diagnosed the problem, obtained the repair parts and along with his coworker made the necessary repairs. He also provided valuable advice on how to correctly downshift when coming down inclines. On top of all that the bill was more than fair. On a scale of 10 with 10 being best, I would give our experience a 10 plus. We were able to get to our grandson's graduation in Connecticut on time. From there we went on to the Canadian Maritimes and the many steep inclines on the Cabot Trail. The brakes operated flawlessly.
