Hello All and Happy Holidays, It has come to my attention that one of your employees, Mike Douds, has been saying incredibly racist remarks on social media about African-Americans and the Ferguson situation. I was incredibly disturbed, shocked and disgusted at his comments which were: "With all this Ferguson s*** happening I hope ni**ers see why people hate them and why they get treated the way they do." This occurred on his twitter account, http://www.twitter.com/LMM_Dirtymax. I was so appalled at his hate filled words and truly, truly upset.

Pete or LMM_dirtymax has made a racist comment about what is happening currently in Ferguson. This person works for you company and in turn represents you and your business as a whole. I am sure that you do not want this type of person branding your company as one that supports racist behaviours. It has come to my attention that Steel Built Corporation employs a racist. His name is Mike Douds and he's quoted on twitter (@LMM_Dirtymax) saying "With all this Ferguson shit happening I hope niggers see why people hate them and why they get treated the way they do." It completely appalls me that a company would have their name attached to such intolerant person with such narrow and ridiculous views. I don't recommend this business, unless they do something about the kind of employee they're backing.
