Heritage Ford Body Shop Customers come first at Modesto Body Shop. We provide immediate and accurate in-person estimates five days a week, while our customers rest in our comfortably appointed lounge, offering an assortment of refreshments, magazines, and Wi-Fi. We accommodate scheduled pick-ups and drops-offs and have 24 hour towing service available for any emergency. We work directly with rental agencies to have our customers back on the road as quickly as possible. We provide an ever growing fleet of in-house loaners for customers without rental car coverage as well. Frequent e-mail updates keep customers aware of their vehicle’s repair status and help to relieve some of the collision-associated stress.
