Hawn is a fantastic company to but from, I love buying local and supporting a family run business. I remember my parents buying Hawn when I was a kid and they have always been great mattresses. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and professional and was able to help me pick the perfect mattress. Have been sleeping on it for years and love it, we have gone back to make every mattress in our house a Hawn mattress. Would highly recommend.

On 2/9/16, I purchased a queen sized latex rubber bed set and frame from Hawn Bedding in Lee Summit. At the time of the sale, I was told by Mark that there was a 10 year warranty on the product. Three weeks after I got it home, the bed started squeaking. I called Mark and he said he would send someone out.
Two people came out, examined the bed and heard the squeaking, and said the squeaking was not normal and that they "thought" I needed a new box springs. A new box springs was delivered the following week.
A few weeks after (April) I got the new box springs, it started squeaking. I called Mark and he asked if I could investigate where the squeak was coming from (Having customers do repair diagnosis???)and call him back. I looked at the bed and couldn't determine what the issue was so I called and left Mark a message. I never received a call back.
I called again in May and was told Mark would be on vacation. I asked to speak to a manager or someone who could help me and was told, “I just sell, I don't take care of problems' I asked about the warranty, which I never got a copy of, and was told that "we don't send them out, but we take care of our customers"
Mark finally called me and said the squeaking was normal due to it being a two sided mattress. I asked why I wasn't told that in the first place and why his crew said the product was defective. Mark said there was nothing else to be done on this.
