We have been using 123 Property Management for years now. They are excellent. Repairs are done quickly and at a good price. They take care of both the owner and the renter. We would highly recommned them.

Rented a home in Northend Boise, lived there for over 2years. Never had any problems, if I ever need to rent a home in the future they will be the first people I call. The home was immaculate when I moved in. Great company, very proffesional. I love supporting a locally owned company. Helps out our community.

DISHONEST!!!! One of the worst places to deal with.. They seem real nice at first until you move out then they suck everything they can out of your deposit.. during the walk through they stated we would be getting our deposit back in a week or two and that was a lie.. It was 30 day and we received some of it back. They will lie about things that need done so they can keep as much as possible. We took pictures of every inch of the house and had friends and neighbors come over to walk through just to make sure we didn't miss anything. We are in the process of taking them to court to get our deposit back. I would avoid this company at all cost...............
