Mark D. Matheson , a Tulsa native, is a graduate of Holland Hall High School. He graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law, receiving his BSBA in 1993, his MBA in 1996 and his J.D. in 1996. He played quarterback for the University of Tulsa from 1988-1992. He served as a former Assistant District Attorney for Tulsa and Atoka. He is an active member of the Creek County Bar Association, Tulsa County Bar Association and the Oklahoma Bar Association. He is admitted also in the Creek and Cherokee Tribal Courts. He is admitted to practice in the Northern and Eastern Federal District Courts and the US 10th Circuit.
