The guy that showed up was a jerk! They lady that scheduled the appointment was very nice, she never said anything about a$75 fee for coming out to give me estimate . He was insulting and condescending! He said my $75 would NOT go toward my job if I decided to let him do the job. No way he would ever do anything for me!
