We seek challenges that require self-guided completion of applications by "one-time" users, detailed business rule processing, interoperability with diverse legacy systems, integration with business partners and government regulators, and incorporate GIS-based geospatial analysis, document management--all contributing to an enterprise commitment to an underlying service oriented architecture. We apply business process management-driven approach to analysis, re-usable components, composite n-tier frameworks, and federated databases. Our successes include California's sex offender registration system, the nation's lowest cost per Medicaid claim processed in our behavior health claim processing system, the State's ARRA reporting system, a greenhouse gas reporting system, and grants mgmt.
