They've taken years to pave my street (27th Avenue) and its still not finished! There's potholes everywhere.. I had to get new tires because of it. Every time they pave something, they rip it up.. Seems like they have no idea what they're doing. I have seen them stand there scratching their heads not having a clue what to do. They only work when someone important is watching. If no one is, they sit on their phones and yell at women passing by. If they cared about staying in business they should pay more to hire experienced workers.
