We are a video production company in San Diego. A little back story, we had worked with previous developers to build a website for us. At first everything was okay, but the response time was getting slower and slower and that was unacceptable especially for us because our website needed constant updates in order to showcase our latest corporate and commercial videos and content. After a couple of more months of delayed work, the next thing we knew is that they are no longer reachable. We had no other choice but to start looking for another company to work with. All founding partners have decided that since we are already looking for a new website developer to work with that we are going to invest in creating a new website as well. A website that is simple, professional looking and has an interactive experience to view our works and the services that we offer. In our search to find a website development company, we came across Dog and Rooster. We checked out their portfolios, which were all amazing, we were sold right away. We contacted them right away and scheduled for a consultation.
Even before the consultation, we were already really looking forward to working with Dog and Rooster. A proposal was sent after a few days and we signed it without any hesitations. From the on-boarding to the launching of our new website, the Dog and Rooster team has been responsive and on-time with everything whether it may be questions, concerns, or requests. We loved the outcome of their work. It has exceeded our expectations. We decided to sign up for their monthly support program as well right after our site was launched. I have always wanted to have my own business that is related with my passion. After taking a few classes at a dance studio and being able to observe how they operated, I started thinking of a similar business concept that I wanted to establish. I wanted to create a mobile app and website where people can see the schedule of dance workshops and reserve a spot ahead of time. At that time, I did not have enough funds for such a project so I had to wait for years before getting it started. It was just last year when I felt comfortable with the amount of money that I was able to save for this, but it was crucial to go with the right company right away. I did heavy research and called several companies. After several consultations, I decided to accept the proposal made by Dog and Rooster Web Design. The pricing for me was fair for the complexity of the project because I wanted several functions to be added and I wanted the designs to be really creative. I had a hard time deciding which mockups to approve because great and unique designs where provided overall though I had a few minor changes.
In the middle of the development stage of the project, I went through a really hard time and I had financial problems. I had to put this project on hold and Dog and Rooster Web Design was really understanding about the situation. I contacted them as soon as I was financially stable again in terms of having the funds needed to wrap up the project. They started working on my project right away and everything just fell into place. We launched the site and everyone loved it! I would not even think twice to call Dog and Rooster Web Design again for another project or even recommend them to everyone!
