We are full service karate school. We offer karate for kids and adults, self defense and cardio kickboxing for teens and adults. Birthday parties too!
We teach karate, self defense and life skills like focus, respect and self confidence to children ages 3 and up. Our highly trained, certified staff does daily floor chats on these various life skills, reinforcing what the kids are being taught at home.
