The items in this store are over-priced. The initial customer service is absurdly crud. The manager and employees are stubborn and they choose to carter to the store rather than the customer. I had an employee attend to someone else and ring that person up in the middle of my transaction. Eileen is the manager and she cursed at me stating “This is my store and I’ll do whatever the hell I want to!” I’d recommend that every one stay away from this store. There were few items which I didn’t think I could make myself from supplies bought at Michaels. Above all else, one can buy either a better gift, or better items for a lesser price at other stores. A majority of the items sold there can truly be bought somewhere else for a better price. Most of the items cost upwards to 50 bucks and some reach as far as 200 and above.
