WONDERING HOW TO GET 2 PKGS OF 100 MENTHOL 305'S REPLACES THAT HAS FAULTY WRAPPING ARONND FILTER

My wife and I have been buying 305 Light 100's for years. Last month 1 carton we bought was mixed with menthol tobacco. I called Dosal and they siad they would replace the carton. Thet asked for specific numbers off of the cigarette pack which I provided them. It has been a while so I called them a few moments ago and they said they could not send a new carton. So as usual another corporate company will not stand by thier word. We will now purchase other cigarettes instead of 305 Light 100's because the company will not stand by thier earlier promise.
