Had service done over 2 weeks ago for termite damage. Tech said they had a guarrantee. Called back after taking out some damaged wood under a window from termites and an extreme amount of live termites still active. Called company and requested a return visit to re-apply product in area. Technician said that the termites need more time to get to the poison which in the initial visit I was told that should be about 7-10 days before doing anything to repair problem area.Since he said he would not actually come out and he would call me back in another 2 weeks to see what is happening,I left it upon myself to purchase termite killer from local hardware store and apply it myself as there were live active termites that needed to be killed not waiting to see if they would die in another 2 weeks. I had already spent over $400 for treatment and the type of work needed is very minimal to be done by the technician. I think that anyone who uses this company should think twice beforehand.
