In February 2008, www.SaudaForYou.com was created due to the overwhelming lack of advertisement available for African American specializing barbers, stylists, etc. The name "Sauda", pronounced "Saw-dah", means dark beauty. Our vision was and is for Sauda to become the central meeting place for African American consumers and all beauty professionals who specialize in African American hair and/or body care. We do this by providing consumers with the convenience and luxury of selecting a stylist that specializes in their area of need, while allowing vendors to broaden their advertising audience.
