Am currently a new owner of a PULTE 55+ community in league city. My husband & I have been in our home a little over one month. We had trouble from the beginning. First with construction mgr. There were more than one. My story is long and horrendous. I cannot unpack to Actually live in my home. It is that bad. We cannot get our CUSTOMER CARE APPOINTEE TO RETURN CALLS. Ron Bsnks He brought people in one day to touch up paint. DIFFERENT COLOR. NOW MY WALLS HAVE SPOTS. There actually was no need for a painter until my first bath wall is knocked out and replaced. Started with poor framing , ended with my time coming down over half of top of bathtub The backsplash Is horrendous. We fought that. Long and hard. No results. Didn't want to lose our Initial investment of $14000.00 we opted to work with PULTE owned by Del Webb. They painted my ceiling while my tile and wood floor throughout house were already laid. Replaced master bath mirror with another bad one. We told the guy. Just leave it, we'll frame around it. My front door and garage appear to have been painted with the flat wall paint and not even to completion. The fireplace stone not cleaned. Dust First construction meeting. Told where we wanted 2 separate ceiling fans, example of one issue. They were installed in master and living room. I'm sure where an unqualified laborer was not given plan directions and only assumed they would go there. My husband had x-ray due to lack of dirt on side yard. My wedding ring is gone.
