Publix Customer Service, I have been shopping at Publix in Gateway Crossing in Altamonte Springs, FL (Store #442) for many, many years…I have come to know many of the employees and have always had amazing service. There is one employee who is in the fresh fish department who always is there to help me make good choices including a great and new way to prepare my fresh fish and seafood. His name is ALFREDO FIGUEREDO. I would like to see him get the recognition he truly deserves. He is one of the reasons I continue to shop at publix.
