The Houston Umbrella provides transitional housing for women 18 and older w/mental or substance abuse issues.

The Houston Umbrella provides social services for women dealing with mental and substance abuse issues. Services includes, Cd Educaqtion, Life Skills, Relapse Prevent, Recovery support, housing and referral. We are staff by caring person and a LCDC, to address issues of substance. Qualifying persons must be 18 yrs or older who has a desire to want to change there life.
