Absolute the worst contractor I have ever seen in my entire life. Knowing I am a disabled veteran on a budget, he comes out to the house to give a free estimate and says $250 to do the job. 30 minutes later he's packing up to leave, so I confronted him about his time vs billing. He then gives me a story about how he had to travel, which I replied how I could have denied the job and he would've left with nothing in his pocket. To top it off he did a horrible job. Of course he said sorry, which I threw back at him stating he was not sorry, because if he was sorry he would give some money back. Without any further discussion he got in his truck and left. I must warned you about this guy and do not hire him. At the very least do not pay him until the job is done, so that you can evaluate it before paying.
