I completed the Structural Integration series with Breta, over a span of 8 months. My posture has held, never been better. Her knowledge of the body and her sensitivity of what my body is open to on any given day is exceptional. Now she is helping me with jaw issues, coming out of braces, so to realign what the dental work did not. I highly recommend this talented therapist.
