Thom Baker Sound and Video Productions is the worst company I have dealt with. When I pointed out to them that I was dissatisfied with a product they had produced for me I received a very insulting, unprofessional letter back as their response. The letter was very conceited (went on and on about how much they get paid and the type of cameras they use etc.), but nowhere in the letter did they even attempt to offer an apology. They did admit over the phone however that the product they did produce for me was not filmed the way they advertised, but still no apology. If Thom Baker Sound and Video Productions handles all of their customer concerns/complaints in the same manner as they did mine, I don't see how they are still in business. They failed entrepreneurship 101, the customer is always right.
