Doug Fox (Arcade Machine repair owner) came out to fix my pinball machine, found a part that needed to be obtained - he said he knows someone that could 3-d print the needed gear. He took a fairly substantial deposit and let me know it would be a while. 3 months later I can't get return texts, calls, etc. I saw someone else's review that sounds like a similar tale. Proceed with caution when thinking about contacting/using Arcade Machine repair (Doug Fox)!!!!!!!

Still waiting for Doug Fox to return to install a repair we paid for 3 years ago. What happened DOUG? You don't return my calls or texts ? 20 years of our business .. wish I knew what your problem is
