If you can find another Sprint Perferred provider in the Daytona Beach area use them. Maycom does not give you full disclosure as to exactly how long you have to change your mind when you purchase from them. Then when you try and change out the product you purchased they put you off until ten minutes before they close and want you to bring the devise in to the store to deactivate. I had this experience with them and it was impossible to get the devise to the store by closing. The next day they told me that it was to late and I had a legal contract with Sprint and the manager of the store at 1392 International Speedway Blvd. did not even try to resolve the situation, just smiled sarcastically and handed be everything back and said it was mine. I called the Maycom main office in Orange City to get this resolved and was put off for several days until a sales manager, not the district manager that I had ask to speak with, called me and I waited several more days with no response, I had to keep calling. When I finally got a call he made me an offer to return one of the devices but would not take the other back, which was a home phone wireless, I told him I was not happy with it and he got indignant and hung up on me. When i called back to find out who was the person that was in charge, i was told that it was a Mr. Coletta and ask for his number, they could not give it out supposedly and would have to email him to call me and that he would call in 72 hours. He never did.
