The company is a joke. I'm not sure how they are on the books for herriman city police but they are in the rotation. Be extremely cautious when you see this company. My son was in an accident and the herriman police choose these guys. I called the next day and the bill was 300 to get my car out. I expressed concern I couldn't make it. The guy said he'll leave it at 300 because the next day was a weekend and holiday Which I thought was great because of the COVID-19 and people including myself out of work. But that was a lie. I call the guy after the holiday and ask how much to tow it back to my home in the same area he picked up. 168 dollars I was shocked at the price because I called 6 people over the weekend and everyone was in the range of 75 to 85 for the same tow. So naturally I didn't use Able towing. i arrive to pay the 300 and the guy says it's 415 he said he never said that which he did. He said why would I say that I said I thought you were being understanding. Then he says he only told me 300 if I signed the car over to him. So why would I pay 300 and sign over my car. That's even more outrageous. As a resident of herriman city Im upset they would keep a company like this on the rotation. We shouldn't be getting ripped off and over taxed because of a mistake. We are a community that take care of each another and to allow this is disappointing. Herriman city and any other police department that have them in rotation should take them off. Thanks
