They do not stand by their work and point blame in other directions including the builder who has contracted them to do all of their homes. I bought my house 5 years ago brand new and the system has never worked properly. Mr. Pence said that the manufacturer changed the way they wanted the unit installed and my was done improperly and didnt feel the need to come and fix this. Now I need a whole new unit and he not only wants me the pay for that but his labor to install the new one. I would never recomend this guy to anyone
