Access to Independence

Three Rivers is a nonprofit organization promoting the self reliance of individuals with disabilities through education, advocacy, training, and support. Three Rivers is partially funded by grants from the Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services and by fee-for-service programs. Some programs are funded by grants through the KS Dept. of Ed. Rehabilitation Services.
