Ray Kircher of Atomic ReBuilders replaced my electrical panel, rewired my kitchen got it all up to code. He is easy to work with, he did a good job. It is hard to find anyone who will do permit work on a small residential job in Oak Ridge Tennessee. Their licensing and code enforcements are strict, it is the Atomic City after all. I called on at least five different companies, some did not want to do work in Oak Ridge because of the extra requirements, or they did not do small residential jobs or they were going to charge me 65 dollars just to quote the job. Ray had all the required licenses to do work in the city, give me a free quote, got the permit, he got all the inspections, all by the book like the city requires. I was happy with the finished job.
