NOT TRUE ! Satisfaction guaranteed.. Here is his guarantee per his home page and guarantee written on the bottom of my receipt. If a successful re-repair cannot be accomplished, a refund not to exceed the original total repair amount will be sent to the original party responsible for payment. This guarantee is non-transferable. I have gone to the dealership and three other estimates for the stress crack (all verifiable), since the first contact Rod will not return my calls or the auto glass repair shop to make good on his so call guarantee. Will NOT recommend. This has really affected me as I'm on SS and fixed income elderly. Please find a honest company.
