RUN from this company's internet sales. I thought I would be saving money on my order, even with shipping costs factored in. When I received my shipment, only half the order was there. I learned from "Dan" that the other items I ordered had not even been carried by DuraSupply for the last 9 months...and yet they were still orderable from the website. So I received half my order at full shipping price. That put my cost per item substancially over the price than if I had purchased the item locally. Proper customer service would have dictated contacting me and re-verify the order and seeing if it was still an option to send. I wanted to save money, but got BURNED. Run, just run...
