Interviewed with this company recently, although, I have extensive experience, the interviewer went to great efforts to discourage me from continuing the interviewing process. She let me know that the job was lifting 50lb bags over my head continuously throughout the shift and that I may want to reconsider my interest in the company. I am a female and she wanted me to be sure that I was looking at the right job. So, I guess if Im a female then I should not apply with the company. She was rude throughout the interview. To say the least, I am no longer interested in even discussing employment with them. Thumbs down to this company for bad ethics and discrimination.
